Lovely Salesperson in Fine Jewelry

My husband and I went to JCP in the Northridge Mall to buy me a ring for Christmas This LOVELY woman waited on us I believe her name was Reema She was so kind and patient and helped us find the perfect ring that would compliment my wedding band I would recommend anyone to shop at your fine jewelry counter and if Reema could wait on them even better

A sales associate at the Ocean County NJ JC Penny s helped me more than I could ask for I had a very large return and exchange with men s business attire that was made easy My return was also a pain because it was on a new credit card line I ve only used once before at a completely different location Needless to say Liz at the dot com center in ocean county NJ made my experience convenient and helpful

I just asked a question about when I get credit for an item that was not in stock and I looked on my computer for all the emails I saved from JCPenney and they did not charge me for that item So I am good and I am sorry that I didn t realize and look at that before I wrote to you I love JCPenney and I hope the stores stay open I go to the one in Riverdale Utah It is one of my favorite stores Thank you so much Sincerely Pam Dukes

Easy experience for me

I ve never shopped with JCP before but I was looking for a specific gift for Christmas and found a great deal in the Black Friday sale at JCP I literally have no complaints I found checkout easy and the item shipped really quickly in perfect contition It arrived within a week I ll definitly consider them again

Very impressed with the quality of the dinnerware that I purchased This is truly stoneware that is microwavable dishwasher safe and is beautiful They came very well packaged and no chance of damage Excellent idea with giving a review to extend the warranty to one year I will spread the news to my friends

Awesome sales Great online deals Very unique pieces and they have small sizes Maybe others feel it s not great or cheap mass produced crap but I really enjoy having rings that fit and don t turn my finger green Lab created gems are lovely and for a statement piece I bought for myself I couldn t be happier

Kudos to JCPenney for their customer service I spoke with Alex on the phone today to return a few items I ordered the wrong size I expected to only be refunded the cost of the items but they actually refunded the shipping cost as well I think it was extremely generous and I couldn t appreciate it more especially during these hard times Thank you JCPenney
