I wouldn t recommend at all Bought a car and I ve had nothing but trouble with it the handbrake keeps getting stuck it locks the I can t drive the car the electrics keep going the sound system don t work half the time and warning lights always appear Don t waste your money like I did

Title Disappointing Experience with Jeff White Motors in CardiffI recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff White Motors in Cardiff approximately a month ago and unfortunately my experience has been less than satisfactory While I initially had hopes for a smooth transaction and a reliable vehicle a subsequent discovery has left me quite disheartened Upon closer inspection I realized that the mileage on the car did not align with the information provided on the MOT certificate To my surprise and concern the actual mileage was approximately 9000 miles less than what was indicated on the document from the last MOT Naturally I promptly contacted the dealership seeking assistance and resolution Regrettably the response from Jeff White Motors was less than helpful and their refusal to acknowledge the issue compounded my frustration Their stance asserting that the matter was no longer their responsibility left me with the burden of rectifying the situation independently This unprofessional manner of handling customer concerns has unfortunately caused me significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress In my efforts to address this discrepancy I reached out to the finance company involved in the transaction only to discover that they were unable to provide any assistance Additionally the MOT garage which allegedly contributed to the error in recording the mileage proved uncooperative Multiple calls to the DVSA and consultations with various advisors have extended this ordeal and after a month I am still awaiting a resolution from the DVSA to rectify the initial mistake My intent in sharing this experience is not to deter potential customers but to caution them to exercise extra diligence when considering Jeff White Motors as their car dealership The aftermath of the sale has left me feeling neglected and inconvenienced resembling an unfortunate similarity to dealings with private sellers I strongly advise prospective buyers to approach transactions with this dealership cautiously or explore alternative options to avoid similar challenges In conclusion my experience with Jeff White Motors has been disappointing and I hope that my review serves as a constructive reflection on the need for improved customer service and accountability within the dealership

Check over your car and make sure if there is an issue get it in writing as my experience has been pi s poor I wouldn t buy another car from the dealership and it s a real shame as before this experience I spoke very highly about them Don t except false promises over the phone get it in writing

A little dissappoint so far Online Chat Don t bother they just want your Name and phone number Didn t answer a single question for me I just wanted to do a little research online get some details and compare against other online stores Without giving people my details Not a patch on Motorpoint or Cinch I ll phone them when I m ready but this experience isn t a great start

First class service every time Cannot recommend enough I have always bought brand new cars so when it came to buying my first used car I was skeptical The team at Jeff White couldn t do more to help and find me the perfect car I have recommend friends and family who have bought cars from here and have also had a great experience Wouldn t buy a car anywhere else

Wide selection of cars friendly staff accommodating even when car is out of warranty
Was looking for a particular car last April Jeff White had the best option in the area for model low mileage and price Only one month warranty though Guy I dealt with who was part of the White family very nice Four months later had it MOT d one exhaust bracket found broken Was told 460 for new exhaust or take it to garage with welding facility and they d be able to weld it on for me Although out of warranty rang Jeff White garage same guy who served me originally took the call Told me to take the car round and they d fix it for me Took the car without an appointment Although busy workshop cleared a ramp and fixed it for us while we waited at their nice showroom bar and treated to a coffee The car was done in no time and did not charge me anything
