i wish if i could give minus star with this fraud company they are in the business with not any good intention my change of tenancy is still in process with them like 2 two month and because its a restaurant they use significant amount of electricity and gas and they are ripping me off in out of contract rate customer service are rude and bully i feel bad who is in contract with them

Terrible Experience with Jellyfish Energy CompanyI had a very negative experience with Jellyfish Energy Company for my business energy needs They took a deposit from me and now they are demanding an additional 693 16 even though they haven t supplied me with any energy yet I m still with my old supplier When I spoke to their collection manager Thomas he was extremely rude and unhelpful He even told me to go ahead and complain to whoever I wanted showing a complete lack of professionalism and customer service I strongly advise against using Jellyfish Energy Company They seem more interested in ripping off customers than providing a reliable service Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reputable energy supplier

we have been with this company nearly 0ne year charge us the unreasonable prices tarif or clever way they Robbing your money with the way they charge you if you complain they will sent your case to debt recovery company and also you have to pay penalty debt they tied your hands and make you pay the unfair bills until the end of the contract for a year BE aware of them

It s a very bad company It charges 300 pounds a month What ever summer or winter There is no notice to come to your shop to cut off your electricity and you have to pay 1 000 pounds to reinstall it It s unreasonable and charges randomly I advise everyone not to use this garbage company and it is not cheaper than a big company Everyone should be cautious This jellyfish company feels a bit like a fraudulent company if you don t pay they want money they will cut off you power

Jellyfish Energy go over and above with a personal touch Nothing was too much trouble for Ian Glasson and as a newbie I can assure you I like to know the far end of everything His patience was admirable I would not hesitate in using Jellyfish Energy again I was given an amazing introductory welcome rate and the rates that I had secured overall were just as competitive as the Big 6 if not better Excellent customer service and local to me loved the sweets No brainer Thank you again Jellyfish Energy for your continued support
