Both my engagement ring and wedding ring were made by Jessica Flinn and they are perfect The customer service we received was amazing - even ordering from Australia The rings were designed to fit alongside each other and I couldn t be happier with the end result Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to create a unique special piece of jewellery

Big Decision made so easy

Lydia made what could have been a stressful decision so delightful We spent over an hour looking at rings for both of us she was so prepared for every question was able to identify the key things we loved and present us with excellent options I walked in thinking I knew exactly what style and stone I wanted and was a bit surprised and nervous that I found myself changing my mind but there was no pressure at all she made sure we had all the information we needed so we could sleep on it before locking in anything My engagement ring has turned out beautifully and we re so excited to come back next year for our wedding bands I just wish they had a London showroom

Excellent experience with JessicaFlinnJewellery

I contacted JessicaFlinnJewellery as I was looking for a bespoke engagement ring We had issues with big jewellery retailers as they couldn t make the ring it would be to hard to find a black diamond and they would take days to reply to emails But Olivia at JessicaFlinn was excellent Very fast replies and on the ball She was very understanding and helped me design the ring and source the perfect diamond for the ring As this is the first time I ve done this Olivia ensured me through the whole process and kept me up to date with everything that was happening Olivia you were fantastic The team couldn t have made the ring anymore perfect It was absolutely beautiful and my now fianc is obsessed with it I would recommend JessicaFlinnJewellery very highly Thanks again Olivia Team
