Travelled from Gatwick South and have to say was very impressed Firstly they were cheap Second very efficient at check in Was so quick and onto the bus to the terminal I think saying 10 min transfer may have been a bit generous but maybe 12-13 On the way back we changed our flight Rang while waiting for bags The bus was waiting for us when we got out and went straight back where getting keys was again super quick Not sure where my car had been parked as looked like it had just been washed but I was not complaining Overall very happy

Great peace of mind

Well what can I say but a fantastic service I paid through my holiday company Loveholidays 6 00 a day to leave my car at Jetparks Stansted Airport for seven days I arrived at the car park at 4 40 for my 6 55 flight The car Jet parks Automatic barrier read my number plate I took the ticket and was let in Loads of information boards directed me to the Zone in which to park I parked The shuttle bus to the airport arrived within 5mins of me waiting -straight to the terminal with no fuss except for the fact the bus did get quite packed On my return journey straight to the Jetsparks stop and an absolutely lovely driver on one of the buses at around or just before 2pm made it clear to everyone that there was no need to worry he would be calling at all the relevant Zones In fact such was this drivers loveliness that a man got on the wrong bus to the car park and not to the terminal he needed No trouble the driver calmed him down and was able to point him in the right direction for the terminal bus Back to me on arrival back to my car luggage in the boot drove to the barrier my number plate was automatically read and I was on my way home No problems at all A perfect parking experience at a perfect price I have had a couple of bad experiences with a couple of Airport parking companies but this one was great and I was pleased that I could keep my Key This gave me peace of mind and contributed to a great week s holiday Thanks Jet Parks

Great efficient service

I was worried after seeing bad reviews I used Stansted Jetparks So easy to find via satnav Barrier went up after recognising numberplate Signs show you which zone is now free to park in Was parked in minutes and followed signs in a couple of minutes was at bus stop Bus arrived in 5 minutes and took us to terminal within about 15 to 20 mins On return came out of terminal and got on bus for long stay and jetparks Bus driver was very polite and called out bus stop numbers and if its your you press the buzzer Very easy experience from beginning to end

Bus didn t turn up for 45mins

Bus didn t turn up for 45mins by the time we finally arrived at the airport it was an hour and a half later To make matters worse two busses turned up at once Should ve been here two hours before take off but ended up just making it Do yourself a favour and pay extra and go somewhere else

Poor service

Expensive at 14 per day for long stay Bus stop sign says X bus stop for return Bus took 25 minutes to arrive not 15 as promised Options for Long stay was LONG STAY or JETPARKS When we arrived home signage says LONGSTAY and JETPARKS this way A bus with LONGSTAY arrived and half of waiting passengers got on JETPARK passengers waited thinking this was the wrong bus After 35 minutes another LONGSTAY bus arrived asked the driver and ha says this is for both He couldn t understand why everyone didn t get on the first bus Then he starts quoting numbers for bus stops I asked him for bus stop X and he talks to me as though I m stupid because it s 25It was 4am and he says numbers of the alphabet correspond to the letter Sorry but if that was so then X is 24 Every time I used Jetparks before and waited for 40 minutes to get a bus from terminal to car

Use a different service

List of issues to note 1 I spent 1hr15mins waiting outside in the rain for a 15 minute service 2 3 buses went past me at the bus stop without stopping - no explanation 3 18 of us eventually abandoned said bus stop and ran across a car park to a different bus stop in hopes of being allowed onto next bus4 Next bus marked as drop off only arrived to which we asked when the next pick up would be as we d already waited over an hour - driver said he didn t know 5 Driver said he was indeed drop off only but had been instructed to collect passengers from last bus stop only where 18 of us had just abandoned to find other bus stops 5 After another waiting passenger intervened and pointed out I had been waiting over an hour and my gate was closing in 30 minutes i was reluctantly let onto this bus 6 I had to very last minute book a fast track security ticket 7 I had to ask other queuing passengers in front of me at both baggage drop off and security if they minded me going in front as my gate only had 15 minutes left open at this point 8 I had to run the length of terminal 1 to make it in time for my flight boarding 9 I only just made my flight as the last passenger to board All this after arriving 2hrs30mins prior to my flight The most stressful airport experience I have ever encountered

Absolute disgrace

Firstly 15 minute transfer claim Not a claim they honour Even at 4am this was closer to an hour Be very careful and allow plenty of extra time for transferring from the car park to the airport That s the good bit too Coming home is an absolute disgrace There are so many bus stops at each and every terminal Booking confirmation simply says Jet parks They have jet parks 1 2 3 at least so if your confirmation doesn t say how are you supposed to know So ask the driver and TWICE the driver said yes get on this bus And TWICE we were taken to the wrong car park Each time the driver offered to take us back to the terminal as if that was supposed to be good enough It took almost 2 5 hours to get from the terminal to the second wrong car park before we abandoned the bus Our family then had to carry 4 cases and bags a mile to the correct car park or spend another huge amount of time getting back to where we started This after travelling 12 hours to get back to the UK Absolutely shocking arrangement with drivers not having a clue or caring just filling buses DO NOT USE OR AT LEAST ARRANGE A TAXI BETWEEN CAR PARK AND TERMINAL I will never use this arrangement again A disgrace to Manchester airport
