Cancelled my flight unfortunately but are providing a full refund through a straightforward process so feel that I have been treated very fairly

Everyone hates on Jetstar but they give you the cheap flights and I for one am happy for a slightly poorer service or to be slightly delayed for my flights to be so cheap

Excellent service in Japan

I took two domestic flights within Japan with Jetstar and everything check-in security check on-board service was perfect as you d expect in Japan Will definitely fly with them again

My plane was delayed for awhile but I do not care at all because it was less then half the price of flying with any other rip off airline Will keep on flying Jetstar as long as the fares stay the cheapest
