Unfortunately I received 3 candles and 2 of them has been broken during the transport Germany to France I noticed the problem to the client support and they were super kind with me and refunded my parcel for the two broken candles I ve been able to keep the broken candles and was not obligated to resend it so I can still enjoy the nice perfume and the nice jewel Thank you JewelCandle for the super customer service
