10 months ago I purchased a heavily discounted item advertised on my Facebook feed which I believed to be a clearance sale by a reputable Australian retailer Several days later when the item failed to be delivered I checked my bank statement to find I d been charged 3 39 for a Jewellerybox Shop subscription fee and 74 03 for the item I d purchased ten times more than the advertised price I protested vehemently and a week later I received a refund of 71 61 And now I have a message from the Jewellerybox Shop Customer Care Team that they ll refund me the 3 39 for the subscription fee from ten months ago if I post a good review here Based on my experience this is not as reputable company Avoid the Jewellerybox Shop

Only given 1 star because I have to My woes started when I ordered a coat which never arrived Suddenly I see they are debiting my bank account to the tune of 37 twice a month They have also charged for the non-existent coat This is a total scam I have never received anything from them They have been returning my money in dribs and drabs now saying they will credit my account with the rest over 100 and referring me to their terms and conditions which I have never seen because I didn t sign up to anything in the first place Daylight robbery AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

SCAM They steal your money beware I have been deducted and never seen the product I paid for moreover to get a refund the support team forces you to give 4 or 5 stars followed to a compliment to the same support team An organized scam
