Abysmal customer service

Products are ok the support post purchase is shocking They made me feel like a criminal Zero customer service 100 mistrust I ve never had such a negative experience with a company They sent me the wrong item I had to send them photo evidence which is fine They sent me details to arrange a collection This happened with a tracking number I had assumed stupidly that the correct item was on its way I didn t receive the correct item so contacted them and was told it wouldn t be sent until the other item was received We re talking about 20 not an expensive diamond ring They then said on this occasion they d send the correct item out before the wrong item was received Eventually asked for a refund At no point did I feel they were helping me at all times I felt I was not trusted or believed I would NOT recommend under any circumstances unless of course you like being treated like s t
