I wish there were an option for zero stars This made-to-order company took 250 from me with the promise to customize one of its caftans based on my height for purchase The order took five months to fulfill with email promises it was on the way and when it finally arrived it was a different material and a totally different item Instead of a sheer chiffon Beach caftan I received a thick crepe choir robe Because it took her so long to fulfill the order I it was beyond the time limit required to dispute it with my credit card When I reached out to customer service which is actually the owner she basically berrated me told me I was wrong and didn t want to refund my money She finally relented and asked me to send back the item I never received a refund after numerous requests and emails The owner has no character and shouldn t be in business Don t gamble your money as her clothes are too expensive to receive this kind of customer service

I have attempted MULTIPLE TIMES through
I have attempted MULTIPLE TIMES through MULTIPLE AVENUES to resolve this but there has been absolutely no solid communication from the company I was told it would be 21 days then I was given a date I waited two days beyond that date and reached out and explained how unhappy I was and this UNPROFESSIONAL owner had the audacity to get upset and cancel my order and said she would refund me my money Fine - at this point I just want to be done Well here we are no refund and no product and STILL NO RESPONSE

Failure to Ship Paid Order
On June 29 2024 I placed an order with Jibri for two suits and one dress This is not my first time ordering from them as I have been a loyal customer since 2013 The company typically ships orders within 30 days and on August 8 a shipping label was created which aligned with their usual process However despite this the items were never actually shipped On September 7 after waiting more than two months for my order I began contacting Jibri through phone calls emails and social media messages to inquire about the status of my purchase On September 9 I received a single response in which they admitted that they lost my order Since then they have ignored all of my follow-up attempts for further information including phone calls and messages It is extremely disappointing to experience this level of poor customer service after years of being a loyal customer Upon further investigation I found that other customers are experiencing similar issues with the company This is unacceptable and I am heartbroken that I can no longer trust a business I ve supported for over a decade

Wheres the bloody order
OK looks like this seems to be problem reading the previous reviews I have been a fan of your clothing love it and what it stood for also how unique your pieces of clothing look I have placed an order in Sep in order to give it plenty of time to arrive internationally for an event Nearly 800 spent and still have not received it Received 1 email reply to say it was being made and it was to be sent out the following week Nothing was sent out Have tried many ways of contacting them - nothing The last email said they were still making it Still making it It should ve been made already Where the F is my order I have been pretty nice about it now I m pissed At least read my messages and give me a damn refund That s my hard earned money

Update
Update had an email and FB message to say she will send it out in 5 days and had problems source the material to make the dress and with that she blocked me on FB messenger even blocked my email Jasmine I believe that is your name Disgusting piece of work you are do not buy from this place She will take your money and you will not see your item of clothing I have contacted you privately multiple times before trying calling you out publicly and now you gaslight me with more broken promises and then block me Give me my refund I hope your business goes down hill

Wonderful products if you get your
Wonderful products if you get your items I ve purchased from this company a few times Last year I placed a large order for my birthday and only received half my items Had to do a chargeback with my bank I understand that things happen and I d never had an issue with them before though I d read about the horrible issues others have had August of 2024 I bought a dress I d had my eye on for quite some time which was previously out of stock for a long period Here it is January of 2025 and no dress their email address is bouncing or perhaps I ve been blocked as another customer stated It s really sad too because for many years I admired the clothing of this designer Now that I m in a position to comfortably afford their items support and customer treatment will keep me away

I am out of pocket 700
I am out of pocket 700 because of this clothing company Sent me the wrong size didn t answer my email complaint for over an month then when they bothered to answer she asked me to post it back to them at my own expense saying they would refund the postage and send me the right size I decided to trust in the process What a big mistake When I then asked why I hadn t received the order they blocked my email address Now I see online this has happened to quite a few customers Scammers Only order from them online if fully prepare to not receive the order
