Everything from sign up to lab work to the initial consultation went so smoothly I had a slight hiccup my fault with my initial payment but the customer service I received was outstanding and my issue was fixed immediately I received my first shipment of Saxenda a week ago and I m so thrilled to have discovered this service

Waiting for bloodwork form and review was frustrating but my conversation with Medical was great She also followed up quickly when I posted results On my 3rd week of treatment and feeling confident

The team at Jill was very helpful I filled a quick online questionnaire and was eligible for the weight loss program I was sent a blood requisition I went the next day and met with a doctor from Jill within a week of my results being released Rebecca is phenomenal at explaining all the options eligible to me and she also took the time to answer all my questions about medications My insurance was being a bit tricky but the team at Jill assisted me with filling out my pre-authorization on my behalf and sent it to me for review and signature and even submitted it to my insurance for me within a few days My prescription was shipped to my door within 2 days The whole process was much smoother than going to a doctor in person If I have a questions I just send it in the chat box and the correct person does respond back fairly quickly It s a good feeling to know my doctor is a message away and I don t have to wait weeks just to ask a question Overall I have had a great experience with Jill Health and would recommend to my friends and family if they need any of their services

Very happy so far in six weeks in I ve experienced everything this program has promised I m not hungry I feel very full on smaller amounts of food have been more active and want to be active I have lost 12 lbs so far Hang in there and be patient through the initial consults and bloodwork So happy I took this leap

It was a slow start but I was issued a credit because nothing happened for the first month After that everything has been smooth sailing At week 5 I m down 11lbs Appetite decreased after first dose I do get hungry but feel full quicker and don t crave sweets
