Faulty item and no customer service response

Will not answer any customer service questions or respond to emails I tried to contact via email and Instagram over 2 weeks The 45 Dressing gown arrived with out the robe belt all I wanted was them to send one out but they ignored all my messages I tried to return but the courier service link on their website which wouldn t work I had no response from the DHL email provided on the retuns link and also the DHL phone number provided is not in use Also noted on the returns policy they only do store credit on return Stuck with a dressing gown with no robe belt that I can t seem to retun Another scam brand who just takes money and doesn t provide any customer service
