I used the try before you buy service and the whole experience was effortless from start to finish Really easy process and if you ve any queries I had many just click on the Live Chat button at the bottom right and they re there instantly No queueing to wait for an advisor If there s a query they can t help with they raise a ticket and in my experience it s answered and resolved within 24hrs The dresses arrived within 4 days Royal mail issues meant I had to collect and they were packaged well and all three of good quality - they really do look like the pictures I chose one to keep and paid for it before packaging up the other two to return with the already enclosed pre paid postage label Once received they emailed to let me know that they were back safely Honestly I cannot recommend JJ s House enough and I see that there are some bad reviews but in my case the service was excellent

Not everyone caters to an international customer base or if they do the shipping is too much for the value of the item JJ is good on delivery their sizing is excellent even to do tailored clothing to measurement if desired the quality of the merchandise is very good for a reasonable price and the customer service is very responsive Will definitely purchase again -- and again -- and again

I recently ordered what I thought would be my wedding dress from jjshouse com Their selection and designs are both so wonderful it was hard to decide but eventually I found a beautiful dress at an excellent price and the measurement information was so exact that I felt very comfortable ordering from China After placing my order I read all kinds of negative reviews about this company but I can assure you they don t reflect my experience From the time I clicked buy now they kept me well informed about the status of my order Once the dress was ready they sent it on its way to the US and it got to my house in less than a week The dress was beautiful excellent quality and materials thoughtfully done I am a stickler for patterns at seams and this was expertly executed exactly as pictured and it fit like a glove Unfortunately it didn t look good on me and I had to return it They were extremely helpful made the return as easy as possible and didn t try to press me to keep the dress like other companies do With a reasonable restocking fee of 10 and a low return postage fee of only 8 other companies from there charge over 40 Dollars I saw most of my money refunded the moment I dropped off the package at the post office It s a pity that it didn t work out this time but if I ever need a nice dress again I ll definitely look there I am very very impressed Note their sizes do NOT reflect measurements for US sizes look at their information closely before ordering It worked out perfectly for me
