Awful data migration
Awful data migration 4 project managers whilst onboarding Lost data brought across fields we hadnt used for years and didnt bother to check Emails through the crm system are not always reliable - you get a Dropped message but no way of knowing why unless you report each one Formatted CV s that were on the database disappeared Mulitposter doesnt work very well - and only posts for 4 weeks not 6 - I was told this doesnt matter it does when I pay for advertising for 6 Weeks No flexibility to adapt the system - ie remove columns you dont want - or to cleanse the data that they migrated wrongly You can only amend a candidate at a time I would not recommend Jobadder at all I am in the process of looking for another provider

Don t know where to start
Don t know where to start Visually looks great but that s where the good comments end If you re looking for a system that can provide accurate data you wont find it here Email Sync feature has a huge security breach problem Countless tickets that support can t resolve or they say you have to do it yourself There is no logic to how they built this system and its definitely not recruiter friendly Disappointing

Failed to deliver on many areas of the demo I received CRM functionality is woeful feels like a very dated product that has been polished for a SaaS setup but I suspect was a desktop product that has had a refresh Don t be fooled by the demo much of it fails to work in practice Also be aware getting data off the product when it comes to moving on is an absolute mission we didn t manage to get all of ours back

The support offered by JobAdder is
The support offered by JobAdder is woeful When we first got the product they were great but now it is simply a faceless person on an email barking instructions at you in ways to fix things which are neither helpful or solve the problem Integrations no longer work and when queried it is always the other products that are the problem Initially loved the platform and now looking for a more suitable system which has a support function that actually supports us

Worst software I ve ever used - embarrassing
Useless email calendar integration - Google Workplace users need a plugin widget like what the hell is this 2010 Severely limited field customisation LinkedIn integration does not work as advertised Posting jobs to LinkedIn directly from JobAdder has reduced functionality which renders it useless Try to verify your domain so you can send email directly from JobAdder - it never works Support response is by email 4-12 hours - in other words don t bother When they do respond they don t give you the answer they just email you a link to an article you ve already read

The Worst CRM in my 24 years
The question is what went right Was really excited about using this and when we went live it cost me personally so much time and lost me a-lot of money Couldn t post jobs on multiple sites Wouldn t parse a majority of the CVS Action Buttons all over the place Raised lots of tickets without any fixes Far too much going on and very time consuming

Worst ATS I have ever used
Worst ATS I have ever used I have been asking for issues to be fixed since October 2024 and the fix has only happened today 28 01 25 There are still many issues and I am struggling to understand what has been fixed Might as well not be paying for an ATS and do it all myself because that s what I have been doing since October 2023 Our agency partners are finding it difficult to use too I cannot keep track of anything and it doesn t even have a duplicate candidate function Customer support isn t great either and it takes ages for someone to reply If you want to add to your workload and waste your day with applications choose JobAdder I wouldn t recommend JobAdder I am currently on a trial with another ATS

Terrible support and loyalty
Support has deteriorated over the past year in line with their increased pricing They are treble what their competitors are many of the functions and plug-ins don t work you cannot change a users email have to delete the account and start a new one random errors pop up on notes the placement flow is totally confusing and we have work-arounds for many functions as their idea of how it should progress is wrong or limited restrictive Support doesn t care to read the initial query either that or it is some form of AI response as the same responses from them are repeated After 13 years of loyalty and 20 licences I was unable to add a user on their first 2 days of work as they had made a billing mistake and applied an overdue payment to a future invoice Support took painful lengths of time responding and always to say they cannot allow the add user function until funds had cleared despite all payments being up to date They wouldn t escalate to a manager and our loyalty was irrelevant as the system wouldn t allow it I was unable to speak to anyone on the phone or email and just had Tech support telling me their hands were tied There is only a US support telephone number that I could find that went to vmail and I didn t get a call back They have also mistakenly sent our jobs to a job-board under the wrong Trading name the damage for which is unquantifiable They denied it till the end until we got the code from the jobboard as proof we were not given any compensation I would strongly advise people to look at other options before going with Jobadder
