I ve been with Vicki Hall the whole time at Jobs 22 in Lincoln and she has been amazing I actually started off my first meeting with someone else but asked if I could change Vicki is so down to earth genuine has spoken to me listened and understood being considerate with every response and taking my thoughts and feelings into consideration She has hugged me when I ve embarrassingly cried and said she is proud of me more times this year than anybody else in my life Its those small things that make you feel better about yourself through the process when you re suffering from anxiety and feel like you re not where you should be in life quite yet Gutted I won t be able to have meetings with her in future but it is people like Vicki that make the world seem a little better and reminds you that you are good enough more people like Vicki please

5 Star experience with Jobs 22 My work coach Mark was just amazing answered all my questions and gave me advice on help I never knew I could get But he was also very caring and understanding I d like to say I ve formed a good friendship with Mark and I can t thank him enough for helping me with the last few bits to start my career However I m not just going to thank Mark because the entire team at the Tamworth branch has been an amazing part of my experience here at jobs 22 we ve had great laughs and a job load of tea I d like to think I ve formed a friendship with them all to the point I ve even spent some of my free hours just chilling with the team having a brew and a laugh You won t find a better bunch of people to make you smile and want to achieve bigger So a massive thank you to you all Love your favourite Kea

The last year had been very difficult including the loss of a parent My workcoach Hanifa was very patient helpful and compassionate in helping me and getting back into work Donna S does the workgroups she is very good at letting things flow and remain fun yet steering back to the point when they drift The mental health 4 day workshop is particularly good and really helps you think about the things that make you struggle It also gives you good tools to take better control and think and act more effectively A positive experience the app and website have good tools for when the year with them is over and is accessible for 12 months after you finish with them

Lovely staff amazing help and overall just very understanding caring people Taslima from the National Careers Service was so kindhearted and she explained everything clearly She made sure I understood everything and was more than happy to answer any questions I had

I was passed to Vicki and I ve had her for about 6 months now and I can truly say she made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down and started talking I can t recommend Vicki enough to be your support worker She has supported me and gave me advice like no one else and she really is a star I suffer from mental health issues and she is always someone I know I can go to if needed the chat we have on my appointments always help after leaving and she always puts me in the right head space to sort out what I want in life I can t thank her enough for all the help she s given She really is a support worker for life
