This was the only test I ve taken that I feel is truly accurate Their feedback on my strengths and weaknesses were shockingly very accurate Some of the career recommendations were things I would absolutely love to try out I m so glad I took the test I would recommend anyone to check it out I m a 31 year old male that s worked in social services and community outreach for 5 years but I m looking for a change in career Something that has potential to pay more but also something that I can avoid taking home My work now I take home with me daily and that s became an issue

Jennifer Jen Johnson broke every stereotype for what a career coach can do She walked me through my assessment including how it used data points to align my ideas with what is out there job avenues to pursue and even next steps for my journey to my right place I am so hopeful now and happy to move forward with more 1 1 s Many people are nice because they have to be but not everyone is kind She was so kind and respectful of meeting me where I am and helping me break out of my box

Mid-life and not sure what direction I was headed in next Zanetta was a crucial and integral part of my discovery exploration and action phase of the next thing Her line of questioning and asking me to explain my thoughts passions and goals helped me dig up and determine what I wanted where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do Changing careers completely when having a successful career was a first for me and I faced mountains of doubt concern and fear Zanetta was masterful in helping me see the strengths and successes I already had in my life Her ability to motivate and inspire instilled enormous amounts of confidence strength and excitement in my job and career search I highly recommend Zanetta for your career coaching and passion-finding needs She ll help you navigate ask the right questions explore the answers and give suggestions and recommendations on what to do and try next She is a highly skilled coach and leader and I am incredibly grateful for her work with me and her confidence in me

Julie MacWilliams is an excellent career coach

Julie was very good at focusing on what is important for resumes and how to successfully find a new career She is knowledgable in current hiring trends and she keeps the sessions positive It s easy to get discouraged when looking for a job but she is great at keeping you on track

The job market is really tough and jobtest org seems to have some great resources for finding the right jobs to look for and getting more information about them

Great Improvements

The first time I used Jobtest org I was disappointed with the test as I am trying to make a career change and it told me the jobs I had already done But this second time around I m so happy to see the customer service team took my feedback into consideration and actually used it to update their test This time around I m also working with Coach Erin who is so considerate and amazing She s such a cheerleader and a bright light Her advice is awesome and welcomed I truly do believe she listens to her clients and I can t wait to work with her again

I met with Tom and it was a wonderful experience We discussed my strengths and weaknesses and most importantly gave me clarity on how I ve been steering myself in the wrong direction over the past several years I m going to continue with Tom and eager to see what comes next

I ve never worked with a career coach before so I was unsure of what to expect My first introductory session with Linda was excellent She asked thoughtful questions and pushed me to ask for what I want I also appreciate that she provided a written summary with action items that I could look back on I m looking forward to my next meeting and seeing how I learn and grow from this process
