Non-existent customer service
Order never arrived tracking said it was delayed Tracking never updated It has been over a month I m now moving and will not be able to receive my package if it ever arrives I have emailed twice only responded to after threatening legal action Was told I would receive a response in 1 to 2 business days and it s been 4 Also called and spoke to a representative was told the matter was escalated and I would hear back in 24-48 hours It s also been 4 days Don t waste your time

CHEAP QUALITY JOE FRESH
I purchased two winter coats for from Joe Fresh The cheapest quality not even worth wearing once At the same time I purchased two coats from Old Navy as well The quality of coats from Joe Fresh is garbage junk Only one wear has resulted in lint all over the coat It s disgusting cheap quality that this coat is not wearable for the second time Where as the coat from Old Navy is in perfect condition Will Never buy any garments from Joe Fresh

Don t Waste Your Money on Joe Fresh Merchandise
I am writing to share my recent unfortunate experience with a purchase from one of Joe Fresh s outlets specifically the location within the Fortinos store in Vaughan I acquired a black Midi Jacket and unfortunately the zipper broke after only a few wears rendering the jacket unusable Seeking assistance I contacted Fortinos customer service only to be informed after numerous calls that the return must be processed at the original purchase store due to the condition of the merchandise Regrettably this store is located two hours away from my home Upon reaching out to the store and speaking with the supervisor I was disheartened to learn that despite having the receipt the jacket could not be returned due to having been worn and the label was removed This experience has left me disappointed not only in the quality of Joe Fresh merchandise as it failed to endure regular use but also due to the poor customer service and an unwillingness to stand behind their products I strongly advise potential buyers to take heed of my feedback recounting a disappointing and stressful experience with Joe Fresh merchandise notably the low quality and subpar customer service Before investing in a product that lacks value for money and supporting a company that fails to stand behind its products or value customer loyalty I urge you to carefully consider my cautionary tale

Coat is destroyed after 4 months
Bought a wool coat and within 4 months the insides are completely ripped and falling apart I reached out to customer service and they will not help me with anything since it is beyond 30 days Excuse me but I expect a coat to last longer than 3-4 months but this product not even a season I won t be purchasing anything from your company and I will be letting everyone I know not to as well Have better customer service and get loyal customers - to name a few amazing brands - Blundstones Lululemon Maui Jim - all have EXCELLENT Customer service and standby their products years after if any defects

Do Not order from this company
Do Not order from this company I did I got a confirmation email with an order number telling me my product would be here in 4-7 business days Two weeks later I reached out to them as I couldn t track where my order was and was informed that the status of my order was pending and they would get back to me They didn t A week later I reached out again and they then cancelled my order or they said there was a technical issue and they no longer had the items because they had all sold out in the last three weeks No one got in touch with me three weeks ago to say there was a problem or I would have reordered it then I m so incredibly disappointed I m convinced my order would be pending for the next two years if I hadn t reached out When you call their help line they have a number you can press for this type of thing happening so it clearly happens a lot

Order pending for three weeks
Placed an order 2weeks later it hadn t arrived called customer service and they told me the order was pending due to volume Had to call 3 times they said a superviser would call me Third week waiting nobody called back I can t cancel the order online and since then prices have gone up so I dont want to re-order I called back to cancel They told me it could not be cancelled and that a supervisor would call me back terrible terrible customer service

It s hard to guess that Joe Fresh by Joe Mimran of Club Monaco fame is this poor quality Superstore loblaws when they were once an affordable alternative used to sell these mass clothing for decent prices but the quality is cheap Only a few washes and the material disintergrates

Didn t sent out order at all
I ordered clothing for my grandson on a great back to school sale I received notification the items would come just before he started school They didn t arrive Canada post updated they would be delivered the next day - they didn t arrive I called Joe Fresh 4 times and Canada post 3 times They just blamed each other for the mix up and would do nothing about the parcel until the Joe Fresh called Canada Post Joe Fresh refused and said Canada Post would get in touch with them I forwarded them the email I had received from CP - Joe Fresh still wouldn t do anything Finally called PC Financial and got my money refunded Looking at the reviews here - this is a common issue with Joe Fresh Suggestion UPDATE THE INVENTORY AVAILABLE BEFORE PEOPLE PLACE AND PAY FOR THEIR ORDER Stop overselling items and not delivering Canada Post indicated the parcel was likely never shipped despite receiving the notice it was because the items were backordered or out of stock Common practice now with online orders Never again will I order from them
