Fantastic experience

Honestly can t thank and praise John mason enough GILL was totally amazing She had to deal with me during covid probably for an extra year and a half longer than she had expected She was so amazing and replied so quickly with all my stupid questions I had Bent over backwards to ensure we got our shipping sorted and was just amazing The packing crew tony and Kirk were brilliant so friendly and just lovely to have around for 2 days making sure our life was packed up safely And David also who helped us until we were assigned to Gill once we were ready to go ahead with the removals We used them for our pets as well and Nicole was brilliant Even by chance flew to Melbourne while our dogs were in quarantine and collected them from quarantine with videos for me showing my girls all safe Definitely made me feel comfortable everything was in great hands Will continue to recommend to everyone moving abroad

Move from Alberta Canada to the UK

The movement of our possessions took a long time to reach us but this was mainly due to the transport and shipping in Canada Once the boxes arrived in Southampton they were quickly inspected by Customs and then sent on to Cardiff We received our boxes the day after they arrived in Cardiff The service was excellent the boxes were in great shape and the two men who delivered them were amazing I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family

A very professional efficient company Staff at John Mason s were all extremely helpful They made the move straight forward easy The two packers worked non-stop we re experienced in packing up all items Gill my move manager at John Mason s excellent communication always responded very quickly to my emails calls I ve used PSS Pickfords on previous occasions and can honestly say John Mason was a much better experience a slick operation beginning until I received all my good the other end I would certainly recommend this company

Excellent service

Haven t received our shipment yet as our belongings were only collected a few weeks ago but excellent experience with John Mason thus far Chris Turton was very helpful with filling out the necessary forms and the moving crew emptied our 20th floor flat in about 5 hours
