New Pool Cue
Exceptional customer service knowledge of product Tom was extremely helpful given I was buying a pool cue without actually picking it up or seeing it Anyway ordered cue on Tom s advice asking for a cue at the heavier end of the weight range Cue arrived exactly as I wanted and they had physically looked at the product to get the best option for meIt was probably better than purchasing from the local snooker pool club due to amount of stock they carry as all cues vary between the same model design
