The team at John Payne have been amazing I have used John Payne for over 30 years and they still haven t let me down Poppy and Will have been courteous and understanding during the whole process of selling my property It was a difficult time for me as I had just lost my husband They worked hard to find the right buyers and were in constant communication throughout Poppy dealt with each stage of the sale very efficiently and is trustworthy and a true professional Lovely lady It is a stressful time buying or selling and I can only recommend you give this team a try

A superb service

Sue and Ben from John Payne East Greenwich we re absolutely brilliant First they gave us an honest valuation Then they arranged nine viewings in quick succession and we had an offer on the first day From that moment all the way through the process Sue was there to answer any questions and was in constant communication with us our solicitor and the buyers solicitor She was in regular contact and didn t waste a single day in the process From offer to exchange was just seven weeks Before the survey there were a couple of pieces of work that needed doing on the house and we couldn t find anyone to do the work even here Sue helped by finding a craftsman that could come and help within a few days What is even more incredible is that Sue and Ben managed to do this in the run up to the end of the stamp duty change when solicitors were incredibly busy Sue was trustworthy incredibly helpful and brilliant at planning We couldn t recommend Sue and Ben more highly
