Would give zero stars if possible One of the worst companies I have come across They are clearly abusing both the clients and they re poorly paid and inexperienced employees who I expect are paid pittance and treated even worse than us Sent a plumber out who could not fix a simple drainage issue with a dishwasher despite this being explicitly what I booked for then tried to charge me for the service again to send someone who could help Terribly difficult to speak to anyone unless you re trying to book a service so they can effectively scam you out of more money I also had a bad experience with a cleaner they sent who genuinely couldn t understand a word of English and couldn t find my house I didn t raise it then as didn t want her to get in any trouble it s not her fault in my opinion but a reflection of a terrible company that are incapable of performing the service they sell at extortionate rates

DO NOT USE THEMDO NOT USE THEM Beware of their false and forceful marketing gimmicks Absolutely terrible service I had paid for the Fantastic Service membership and chose to cancel it the same day You can never get through to a human on the phone it goes straight to automated messages Requested cancellation over the phone had sent multiple cancellation requests on the APP but it was never canceled The marketing team kept calling me to retain the membership and tried very hard to convince me by throwing unwanted offers despite my repeated asking them to cancel and refund Issue not resolved - still going to and fro to get my refund NEVER ENDING

I have to leave a honest review coz I am so disappointing at their attitude The employee or manager named Eddie Petkov he has been communicating with me regarding doing work in my garden then I booked an appointment for 26th Aug 2024 everything was fine until I paid them deposit They stop communicating and refuse to discuss any details with landlord then in July 2024 I have to give them 14 days notice saying that if they don t reply to me then I had to cancel this appointment and I need my refund Still they stayed silent This Eddie called me back by by end of Aug 2024 asking just few days before the appotment I told him to check his email in past two months He claimed that I didn t give him enough notice Then I showed him the email I sent in July he couldn t deny it and confirm it will be refunded to me It has been 5 months I haven t got any refund Eddie kept telling me it would be refunded I will now seek legal advise and take next step from Jan 2025 DO AVOID this Eddit Petkov from Fantastic Service Ltd if you want your garden to be done properly in detail and someone responsible he is definitely the one need to excluded from your list

Public warning - Avoid this company at all costs Initially friendly happy to schedule appointment to fit oven take my money Appointment time changed a number of times engineers gas registered left told me another driver would come to take away old unit which didn t happen Company ignored my messages calls for a week then blocked my number They then lied proceeded to extort additional money for recycling service which had been agreed in initial scope of works Completely crooked

Most unprofessional service ever They did not clean under tables and bench area used MY tissues to wipe surfaces didn t vacuum before mopping leaving clumps of dust on the floor I know that furniture is not moved as a policy but lifting chairs to clean underneath is a basic in any standard cleaning process In fact the cleaners had no issue moving a chair when they needed to stand on it to clean the ceiling I received an additional unauthorised charge straight to my card When I sent photos of the uncleaned areas customer service offered 10 which was 60 which just covered the unauthorised charge They offered a reclean but why would I risk more strangers doing a bad job in my house and waste my time Their helpline is also inaccessible you can t ring through you can only wait for them to ring you Their customer service experience confirmed for me that this is a scam

I am absolutely furious with the shocking level of service I ve received A cleaner came to my property twice and didn t clean either time how is that even possible I was promised a refund and surprise that never happened To make things worse the customer service is downright disgraceful The staff are rude uninterested and clearly couldn t care less about their customers It honestly feels like a scam I have no idea how this company is still in business they should be reported to Trading Standards immediately People deserve to know what kind of operation this is before wasting their money and time
