Great customer service spoken to a guy

Great customer service spoken to a guy named Gary who was very helpful in trying to help us with an enquiry we made We have recently had someone do our patio and he has said its the best product he has ever used and will be using in the future it s a great finish and colour we had the grey with sandstone slabs and sets the patio off beautifully thanks again for your help gary

JOINTIT SO CLEAN IS AMAZING

MY joint it grout was green and dirty after speaking to a very helpful company I was advised to use the so clean cleaner It was so easy to use and the effects were almost immediate it looks amazing and I will now take their advice and use it once or twice a year to keep it clean Anyone on here having problems with dirty grout use this product it works and leaves your grout like new

I regrouted my Indian sandstone patio with joint it simple patio grout Turned out excellent the product is super user friendly I also contacted the company later for technical advice on a different product they couldn t have been more helpful Great after sales service and I would highly recommend

Excellent product from Joint-it

We purchased the grey joint-it product for an outdoor project with cobble stones a while back and not only is this a very high quality product it was also one of the most user friendly products we have used in years the finish on the joints was top class Also I love the fact that this is an Irish local business and with that came excellent costumer service from a team of experts We ran a little short of product to finish the job and Garrett from joint-it was so kind and helpful to sort us out even delivered it to our door step I would highly recommend this product and I will be definitely be doing business with Joint-it in the near future

A Professional contractor used Jointit on my patio some years ago Brillant product Recently I had some queries regarding running repairs before the winter sets in Rang the office and the staff could not have been more helpful I was most impressed with the time afforded to me even though the amount of product I required was minimal They gave great advise and guidance My immediate reaction was - what a great endorsement of customer and after sales service if they treat the small customer like this My apologies for not having the names of the staff I interacted with

Enquiry about grey grout colours

I rang Aisling on the 24th May 2021 to ask for pictures of the grey and dark grey grout as I was concerned about the dark grey probably being too grey for our future patio Aisling listened attentively emailed me some photographs of patios containing the grey and checked that I had received the photographs She was a friendly and helpful voice who was a great ambassador for Joint-It

First class product and after sales customer service

I would like to share my experience of aftercare for this excellent product I wanted some advice regarding the application of Joint-it From the lady that first fielded my call to Gary in sales who rang me back even when I was supposed to call him - their customer service was first class Gary is very knowledgable about the product and was able to give some helpful advice It was very apparent that my call was just as important as some of his larger clients Well done - wish other companies would follow suit
