-10 stars They sent me a junk counterfeit pair of sunglasses which had nothing to do with what I ordered and then they only wanted to refund 10 Scam alert When I insisted that I wanted the product I paid for they said they did not have it They also insisted that I must pay to ship back their junk product to China Stay away from company

I saw an ad for progressive glasses on Instagram and bought them for 36 I received a very cheap and only came as near-sighted glasses

scam website will send you products that are much lower quality than advertised and shown in photos are often damaged and then suppress negative reviews if they were more transparent it honestly wouldn t be the end of the world they do send you something that s mostly like what you ordered but it s dissimilar in enough ways to not be an accident especially combined with the other two problems I listed the scam is to advertise something very high quality with demonstrable lies and fake pictures then send you something of extremely low quality to make it even more abundantly obvious after i bought a watch from them their starry sky watch i did some research and I saw watches with slight variations but the same basic structure sold on a ton of different sites under a ton of different names with some prices more trumped up than others clearly they ve got some sort of factory for their stuff where they churn these out

I am looking to purchase a nice watch and came across jellynova on Facebook and was about to purchase one of their watches But after reading all the bad reviews I m giving it a pass thanks all for the honest reviews you saved me some money

Wrong product sent

They sent me just frames when I ordered and paid for reading glasses at 1 5x There are no notes or documentation in box and I haven t heard back from customer service yet

Absolute terrible experience

Absolute terrible experience I received my new progressive lense glasses after waiting for what believed to be too long When it tried them on I was excited because the frames were great The lenses are awful They re basically unusable I reached out to customer service but they basically told me I m out of luck Lesson learned I guess It s too bad because their frames are great I would ve ordered several more pair if they d stood behind their product
