Excellent product combined with excellent customer service We ve had our Jooki for around 3years now and it s still a firm favourite option for my children to play with enjoy We recently had some connection issues due to a house move and new Wi-Fi the Jooki IT support team were on hand to provide help with getting it up and running again when I could not figure it out for myself Today it is now fixed and I d forgotten how well loved our Jooki is Thanks Team Jooki
