Joompay says to be an independent and regulated company yet the data request was answered by a joom employee How can this happen with a company that says to be fully independent from JOOM just not to pay the bonus A shell scam company to protect JOOM

Joompay is a bad company because they restrict accounts with very few a money in them for reasons that are not listed in Terms and Conditions When we want to close the account because we do not accept any more the Terms and Conditions they do not answer so quickly as to restrict the account I urge the organisms related to banking to ask them to pass again through the verification process because after they obtained it others seem to have come to sit there because they don seem to know how to behave and they don t know the rules with the money that is a sensible subject because they could themselves make fraud with the money caught inside the app They restrict for sums much less than 50 000 EUR There are places where it is written that not at less than 50 000 EUR They are there and they look to user s answers without any move whatsoever I have only about 60 EUR in the account When they receive authorization they should be put to answer quickly How they do is mockery There are many other things I could come again They said they will not block accounts because they have software to know if the cards used for top up belong to the very user This is only to catch for people to use this not useful app All their answers are out of sense
