Keep taking my money not sending me anything
After a few months where everything was well Loved the diapers and the prints Suddenly couldn t login on the website on any device to change my order size etc Tried to contact them many ways and many times that is already not easy cause they have no email address I got no response whatsoever So I canceled my subscription Now they keep automatically taking my money without even sending me the diapers And it stays silent from their side So done with this company Think they are bankrupt or something and try to get as much money as they still can Awful company never again

I have placed an order at joone paris
I have placed an order at joone paris the 10th of May and today the 19th I haven t my diapers or a response from the customer service I ve received automated email response saying that they ll get back to me and I m still waiting There s no way to contact someone via phone Truly disappointed just want to have a refund and I ll find another brand that offers a good service had to purchase other diapers on the mean time they claim the estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days I have 9 days and still nothing I ve purchased one month of diapers really disappointed

No answer from UK retail
Too bad there is no 0 star availability It could even be the best product on the market but unless there is a good customer experience the value drops drastically I have ordered one of their products reading that the delivery would be within 3 working day Now I understand that there might be delays but all I am asking is to let me know or better at least answer my messages I sent 4 offline requests on their messaging service through their website 2 requests during the time when the website announces there should be online operators and 2 email asking to know where my order is But no contact whatsoever At this point I don t even want the product anymore because as I said even if it s the best product in the world for me just lost all its prestige and thanks to an unmanaged website just became worthless Thank you Joone

The worst diapers we ve ever tried for
The worst diapers we ve ever tried for the baby hands down Not only did they leave my baby completely soaked in pee but the resulting rash was just the cherry on top of this disaster cake At this point I m wondering if the positive reviews were written by people whose babies are secretly houseplants
