Super friendly and helpful and puts a personal touch onto something which can be very sensitive making you feel at ease about the process of selecting what to purchase I contacted Jo and got a response back within 1 working day with some further questions and within a few days had a suggestion of a more appropriate item which I ordered Tried once arrived and couldn t be happier doing exactly what they say on the tin - confidence boosting Definitely recommend and worth paying a bit more for the service expertise and quality of product
