A great company to purchase from
Journalsay did a wonderful job of communicating with me Some of my products i ordered were out of stock and they contacted me immediately about replacing it which I did Also by the time they got my whole package packed I ordered A LOT they had realized another item was out of stock Knowing I was eager to receive my package they sent me the rest of my stuff with a note in the box stating items were out of stock and to contact them which I did Their response was quick and they notified me the item had gotten back in stock by then and wanted to know if I still wanted it or to replace it I advised I still wanted it and they have promptly shipped it I will gladly do business with them again Their prices are great but more importantly their customer service is top notch and they actually really care It took a little while to get here but it s coming from far away and I was able to track it and it wasn t as long as I thought it would be Journalsay is an amazing company and I WILL be shopping with them in the future

Easy breezy
I had an easy time ordering the things I wanted The shipping was prompt all items were shipped in the same order and all items arrived in good shape I ordered on the 7th the items arrived on the 22nd I was expecting it to take longer The only thing I found frustrating was that when the package entered America the tracking took days to update There was a notice this would happen I understood but I like to be on top of tracking I was so happy with the priceof my items the free shipping and the speed with which my items arrived that I placed a second order the day after my package arrived
