Fantastic customer service

I love my Journey charger Unfortunately the charger went pop as they often do so I contacted the customer service team I m so pleased to say that the team is as good as their products my enquiry was dealt with swiftly and politely and after a brief interchange I had another one winging it s way to me which arrived a couple of days later Other companies would do well to look at this model I normally fear contacting CS as it s normally a nightmare but this made a pleasant change I can t thank them enough

Purchased the Blitz 140 hub highly recommend it Had a small issue with it and customer support was prompt and offered a quick solution I can t state enough the quality of Journeys products and support

Let There Be too much Light

The first stand I wouldn t say was defective however it had some weird tendencies I reported the unit with a video and it was promptly replaced New unit operating fine
