Fabulous and responsive customer service whether to answer questions or to help to resolve an issue the company rep I spoke with was simply wonderful And the delivery service the company has chosen to use is also terrific Most of all owning 2 pieces sleeper couch and daybed couch and having just ordered a third the quality of the build and the craftsmanship is consistent and excellent

My husband and I shopped in store at the Seattle location Our associate Callie was wonderful- so helpful answering all of our questions and helping us choose colors understanding which fabrics would work well with pets are breathable etc The store was clean and bright and I was able to see how different fabrics will look in both fluorescent and natural lighting as well as feel them- huge plus in comparison to other furniture stores where there s no customization and if there is you re unable to feel it because of limited floor samples Callie helped us make final decisions and purchase our couch and we can t wait to get it in about 6 weeks

The delivery team called with their arrival time came in that timeframe and unpacked and placed it right where I wanted it and then took all the packaging with them It was wonderful to not have to worry about a thing All I had to do was enjoy this beautiful piece of furniture

I have never had a better experience shopping for furniture The showroom in SoHo was beautiful and low pressure - our sales assistant was super helpful She followed up and answered tons of questions and helped with issues until I was ready to place an online order It felt like excellent personal and low-pressure not yucky-pushy service that is common in traditional furniture stores Thanks Joybird
