Lovely Bunnahabain whisky

SUPERB outstanding customer service from James I have purchased from this supplier in the past some great whiskey This time I thought my whiskey should have been delivered I called and emailed JPHA had 2x calls from James instant response to my query -- he reassured me that delivery was planned for NEXT Tuesday I had thought it was for THIS Tuesday hence the enquiry but I was mistaken This is how Customer Service used to be in my youth sadly a rare thing nowadays BUT James keeps Customer Service the way it should be I will keep shopping from James Thank you very much

There were some difficulties with delivery outside the control of JPHA I contacted them and can say they responded very quickly courteously and professionally to resolve the matter First impressions do count and JPHA certainly went the distance to ensure customer satisfaction Well done JPHA team
