They are bunch of terrible liars and scammers honestly The inconvenience this company has caused me was unbearable and the anxiety that I had to go thru because of them I had to pay extra to find alternatives and change my flight date This was beyond frustrating I wanted a UAE tourist visa I proceeded with the application and I waited the required period usually the UAE visa is instant it takes 1 day only I waited for the ETA Now they didn t answer me they blocked my number thieves Their lack of professionalism is astounding especially after they blocked my number from calling they said couldn t issue my visa due to technical issue which is absolutely a lie AVOID THEM AT ALL COST seek government websites I will make sure to report them
