I purchased a JTX Strider X7 Cross Trainer last November delivery was as promised and the machine worked well until a few weeks ago when it became very noisy I couldn t sort out the problem myself - I m 80 yrs and not too strong - and JTX arranged for a technician to attend under the Guarantee All sorted From my experience I strongly recommend JTX good machine and excellent after service

Sturdy treadmill underfoot

Package arrived within 5 days of placing my order I was able to choose a delivery date Item arrived well package and my husband said it was easy to put together The treadmill feels hardy underfoot and I feel confident running for 1 hour at a time I connected to Swift and regularly join events to run 5km 10km The treadmill is quiet and the functions are easy to operate

Order this to replace a walking pad Definitely worth the price Arrived quickly and packaged securely Took about an hour to put together and easy to use Would say assemble where staying as it s heavy to move Love the fold up as doesn t make room feel too small I measured the area but once arrived realised I used the belt measurements not the actual full size This could be made clearer Going to move machine to another room as a little big for kitchen but still highly recommended
