Unauthorized transaction and subcription

I really believe that they stole money from me off my bank card I ve tried to reach out to them several times through email I only heard from them twice regarding my refund its been more than 72hours more like weeks I have submitted more than 3 request and still no one has acknowledge my emails or responded

I ordered a bar of tumeric soap for 19 99 and upon delivery i received 2 small bars about quarter of a normal soap size and 2 weeks later thy stole 37 95 out of my account for a subcription i never signed up for and useless triy to call 408-459-4427 no one answered this company is a dam SCAM and needs to be reported ANYONE WHO READS THIS PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEM ITS POSTED AS PAY SX JULIABEES ALL THEIFS AND NEEDS TO GO TO HELL
