You will miss your flight Don t book
We arrived on time but had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle despite being told it would arrive in 30 minutes an already lengthy wait This delay forced us to pay 40 for a taxi and we barely made it to check-in before it closed I sent an email to express my dissatisfaction but unfortunately it went ignored Upon our return they asked for 12 50 per person for the shuttle which I found ludicrous and refused to pay Additionally we waited an hour after landing in London for a shuttle to pick us up I landed at 6 45 Am and was only getting to the car park by 10 AM It s quite frustrating The shuttles are unkempt and in poor condition I believe they should allocate the money we pay towards hiring more drivers to ensure shuttles run every 15 minutes and cater to each terminal For instance it took 20 minutes to get from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3 and then another 30 minutes to reach the car park Do yourself a favor and book somewhere closer Overall I am very dissatisfied with this experience

Don t trust jumbo parking services they are not a reliable company they don t reply to emails I tried cancelling immediately after a booking still waiting for cancellation and the parking may cost you more then you have bargained for

Don t book with this company
After reading diabolical reviews for this company after I had booked I decided the only thing to do was cancel the booking The staff are very rude have absolutely no telephone manners and can barely speak English it was an awful experience on the telephone I just kept getting grunted at to send an email to cancel which I did I asked how long the refund would take told 10 days and then they hung up Three weeks later still no refund as many other people have said I chased them and just got ignored I ve now reported them to my bank who are refunding me This company needs to be investigated and shut down if you are running a business in the UK then bring your staff up to standard and don t lie to your customers

Would never use again
I don t normally leave reviews but I feel quite strongly about this one Sadly our experience was not good at all On arrival the site is in a nightclub car park and was quite muddy and unkept We were charged the extra 12 to be dropped off at the short stay car park because I brought it up as I read it in the small print - I don t recall reading it when originally booking but that may have been my mistake however none else in the van was asked to pay or payment taken we were the first there so I know this to be true The van left a lot to be desired and most importantly they advertise the shuttle to take 15-20 mins which is absolutely not the case After waiting for about 20 mins in the van the journey then took us half an hour The real issue however was on our return We followed all of their instructions and from when we called them to collect us an hour and a half to get back to our car During which time the driver was leaning his head out of the window shouting and swearing at other drivers and driving quite aggressively- we could hear our cases getting thrown around in the back - but the worst was the smell in the van - it was putrid It stank of sweat and it was vile - I spent the entire time with my face inside my top getting as close as I could to the window I was exhausted after travelling and was welling up in tears and fighting back vomiting It was a horrendous journey and I will absolutely never use them again

Cancellation request ignored - no contact
There is a reason this company is not on parking comparison sites Booking directly through their website gives you no protection which I had experienced first-hand First red flag was that I received terms and conditions after I already paid I had no option to agree Terms listed on their website are different and vague This is an exempt of what you receive after the booking - note there is a 20 surcharge for getting you car earlier We require you to call us 30 minutes prior to your arrival so we can arrange a driver for you Customer needs to pay 20 if it s more then 4 hours whether early or late There is a surcharge of 20 for each additional day for bookings if the booking has already commenced There is also a 10 surcharges for bookings which fall on Christmas Day Boxing Day and New Year Day A total charge of 12 50 will apply to use the designated drop-off and pick-up zones located directly outside the airport terminals and this is not included in the booking cost All cancellations will incur a 15 administration fee unless cancellation cover is purchased at time of booking After the booking I ve decided to cancel I ve send multiple emails and also contacted jumbo parking via their contact form on the website as this is what they recommend on their how to cancel instruction Jumbo parking did not respond I ve paid via PayPal so I ve raised a claim for refund which seller can then respond to Jumbo parking did not respond I ve escalated the claim which is now under review by PayPal I believe that ignoring customers and not responding is a deliberate jumbo parking tactic to keep your money Please don t give them any

Wouldn t recommend this parking on my worst enemy Came from a long haul flight and had to wait for more than 2 hours for the driver to even arrive as apparently car got a flat tyre which is clearly an excuse they say to everyone after reading the reviews After 2 hours of waiting another 45 mins to drive to the car park So in total almost 3 hours to get from terminal to our car
