I have now received my trampoline and find it excellent everything I anticipated it would be I am very pleased with the follow up customer service I originally gave 3 stars because I hadn t received the actual trampoline yet when I was asked for a product review They mistakenly sent two packages that both contained the Quick Release Handle They promptly sent the trampoline after realizing the mistake

Very pleased with this company I had some issues which were immediately and competently addressed Everyone I spoke to was kind and on top of a solution They were really outstanding compared to others that seem like they re weaseling out problems IF you can get someone on the phone I m very happy with this product and the integrity of the company behind it I m taking off the weight I gained over Thanksgiving and preparing for Xmas Thanks Much

The level of concern primarily I bought my jump sport on Amazon I placed the order for the handle bar on your website Surprisingly I had a reach out from your customer service team asking me if the handlebar that I purchased would work for the trampoline that I have since they had a record of me having purchased one I am extremely impressed at the level of concern over safety that the customer service department exhibit By checking with me to verify that what I ordered was going to be safe for me to use gave me a high level of peace of mind

Customer service went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with my new trampoline cables I had gotten used to the bounce with my old cables and wanted to return the new ones and after I spoke with Michelle out of California I decided I needed to retrain myself on my jump sport trampoline I am happy to say it s working out Great Thank you
