Absolutely AWFUL company Do not purchase from them I ordered from them a couple of weeks ago and didn t receive it I have sent countless emails but absolutely no response So I take it that I ve thrown 60 in the bin I m not shocked to see how many bad reviews they have Please do notSpend your money with companies like this

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever with this company Do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them I paid with paypal an item for a price of almost 800 pounds The item was listed as in stock Then AFTER PAID I have been informed via email that the item was not available and offered a sloppy alternative what I want what I paid for This is how they clear their warehouse maybe Then I asked the refund which has not arrived yet after 11 days because this company issued an e-check on paypal I think this is highly unprofessional hold my money for so long not sure to get the refund without even considering that they SALE SOMETHING online they DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK Hopefully I was in the position to re-buy the item I needed from another shop But I think of all the people who save for so long 800 pounds to buy something and then are stuck for a month before getting their item with their money hold hostage of this unprofessional establishment I suggest Huggle com in London much more reliable kind and serious provider It caused me a lot of stress and I guess no one pregnant should experience that

I wont be buying from JE again They sent me either wrong item or faulty not sure but they weren t the same jeans as the other pair I wanted 2 pairs they make a change for returning things even if it s their fault they also denied any wrong doing on their part they charged me all the postage as well I will not buy from them again shame because they sell nice clothes but thats credit due to the brands not JE

terrible terrible service and terrible customer service I purchased some Olli Ella dolls online for a total cost of over 200 Upon arrival of the shipment in Italy I was charged more than 90 in customs duties I asked their terrible customer service for explanations who responds to every email I have for weeks and I was told that they indicate on their website that there is the possibility that additional taxes will be applied with a confusing and ambiguous sentence attached to the order confirmation email Still speaking to customer service they told me that if I spent more than 150 I would have to pay these taxes and that they are not taxes that they apply I m honestly shocked I ve also received packages from Australia spending the same amount if not even more and something like this has never happened to me Furthermore I find it absolutely incorrect that they protect themselves with an ambiguous phrase taxes may apply without absolutely specifying not to exceed 150 in spending Of course first take my money and then reply that I should have spent less Shameful furthermore the dolls I purchased which were supposed to be collectible were packed into a package that was too small considering how much the shipping cost me in total between expenses and taxes it is truly ridiculous and some without their original packaging I will definitely never buy from them again

I ordered a black sweatshirt and it arrived with a fairly sizable white mark on the front I sent an email to Junior Edition and it took them over a week to get back to me He questioned me and said it was strange and did nothing to fix the issue Over the next month and a half Joe still did not fix the issue After more emailing and a month later He admitted to it being a dye flaw Offered a 7 95 discount which is pathetic I agreed only because I just had surgery and don t want to deal w the post office It has been yet another week and NO refund I opened a case with PayPal because Joe has done nothing as to date to fix the issue I absolutely would NOT recommend purchasing anything at this store You are lucky if they get back to you and if they do it s 7 to 11 days and then still not made right after a month and a half Coming up on two months now It s the principal at this point The absolute worst customer service Save yourself some trouble and shop somewhere else

Very poor customer service unsatisfactory communication
Very poor customer service Discount code accepted to avoid delivery cost with order confirmation stating my shipping address only to wait 3 weeks to be told that the discount only applied to orders collected from a Brighton store- I was only advised after I chased where my order was that it was waiting for me to collect at the store I live in the north of England so obviously would not be Collecting from Brighton Shop app email order confirmation stated shipping address as my address not Brighton Shop app notification stated order placed no information that the order was waiting for me to collect it from the Brighton store How was I supposed to know Poor communication Zero acceptance that this was an error on their site for their own discount code Zero explanation of why the code was accepted for an order that required shipping instead passed blame to me for using the code- very poor form Zero good will in this case to up hold discount Order therefore cancelled I won t be ordering again from this site
