I read all the reviews after my purchase and before delivery The reviews I saw were all negative and suggested it was a scam company and thought I would be saying goodbye to my money Certainly not so I received my watch in good time and I m happy with my purchase Would buy again

I ordered a watch from Jura which wasn t a normal stock item and also asked them to contact me prior to dispatch to me This was so I could arrange to specifically be at home to collect the parcel I received an email notifying me when the stock was received and they also phoned me to discuss the courier This all went smoothly and the courier DPD provided an accurate one-hour time slot which was met All went very well definately recommended

Always kept me informed The process of actually getting my Tudor watch took a little longer than 1st of all thought quite a bit due to supply but I was kept informed up until delivery Also very polite and apologetic personal oh and the watch was worth the wait
