Fraud and theft

I ordered a jacket that arrived 6 weeks later tracking number was not working and the jacket was a joke Unlined with the cheapest and most horrible fabric They re located in China and use pictures of good quality garments that they copy very badly The quality is terrible and the customer service even worse The positive reviews are all fake and created by their company They have a series of other websites with different names Total fraud Edit after offering to fix the problem below I ve been in touch with Juretro again but the customer service refuses to acknowledge their mistake They re thieves and will waste your time

Scammers I ordered 2 t-shirts - 35 90 shipping 22 50 They were huge Immediately returned them to the given address in COPPELL TX I used USPS tracking and confirmed receipt After multiple emails and followup - NOTHING Total theft disguised as a transaction Spread the word

Unsatisfactory service poor quality

The goods I received is not satisfactory the measures do not fit me so I want to send them back But wherever I write I do not get any information I received the goods on 12 August and it is impossible to get any reflection to my complaint It is absolutely not transparent who is responsible for the order Fuyang Hangman Clothing Co Ltd - the seller o Orderplus Int Ltd or Juretro Anyway totally no reflection from any of them Hands off - this is not a reliable company

Wrong item and bad service

I receved a wrong item from what i orderd and the only solution we got from them was a Cupon for the next ordre A cupon For the next order No I am not going to buy anything thing ever again with that kind of bad service So when you recive a wrong item there idea of a solution is just try again and hope you get the right ordrer this time Dont buy from this site

Beware Scam

Please beware these people are scammers I placed an order online and Juretro claims that I did not complete the order BUT they charged my credit card anyway I am getting no response to my email to them asking for the status of the order and to refund my money if they cannot fulfill it Additionnally you may like to know that my antivirus software doesn t even want to let me go on to their website as it contains dangerous and malicious links STAY AWAY Juretro if you decide to respond to this I am not holding my breath since you have made it abundantly clear so far that you have no interest in rectifying this please do so in English I don t understand German
