I sent a support request and even though nobody answered they sent an email to rate the support They are scammers and liars they have bots to give them a good review on this website so do not believe any good comment They take your money and never give you back despite saying they will do so

I was made member without my consent and had trouble asking for a refund I think this website is a scam I was purchasing something from a completely different website and instead of placing my order they made me a member and took my money by saying the payment will be made through this website a big lie As if that wasn t enough they will refuse to make a refund stay away

SCAMMERS AND LIARS STAY AWAY

They scammed me then sent an email saying they initiated the refund process and I should delete my negative review When I checked with my bank I found that no such action has been taken They are lying so until they give me my money I will continue to make negative reviews

This company is a scam They use deceptive and misleading practices to capture people in a Subscription Trap I thought I was ordering a product but never received the product and ended up enrolled in some membership instead This involves 2 charges on your card every month for credits in their shop that expire Who would want to participate in such nonsense They offered a small refund but ended up keeping hundreds of Euros for no service or product offered Avoid at all costs if they haven t got you already
