Tony came into my ticket problems at the worst of time another associate had stopped taking my calls His knowledge of my main issues his skills of not only knowing what to do but how best to solve the issues put me at ease and a little hopeful that he would make good on his promises of getting us flight tickets to Sierra Leone and back to US In deed he didn t make empty promises he found a way to connect all 6 segments of our trip from Boston MA to Lungi Freetown Whenever he put me on hold and came back on he always thanked and apologized for the hold time even though I had advised him to take as much time as he needed He was polite and very patient with me even when I asked same question more than once My 18 years of no international travel showed my inexperience in booking these flights in July 2023 The process started as a worst nightmare dream but ended with a smile of a truly satisfied and happy customer This only happened because of the efforts dedication and commitment Tony employed to do all that he could to resolve our issues In short please thank Tony for the excellent work he did for me and my wife and we remain grateful Because of your service to us Justairticket is our first choice of future flight bookings
