Quite remarkable I obveriously saw changes in my muscles thanks to those targeted muscle workouts

I like this app There was a bit of a problem with the subscription fee but it got sorted Every app I have downloaded I have an issue with the sign up fees or free week etc this app is very user friendly and I have now built a daily habit If I don t feel like a long workout you can just choose a 5 minute low intensity class I can t get the app to sync with my Apple Watch but will send them an email and see if they can help
