Unexpected fee

Unexpected fee Usually I book directly with the airlines so when I returned from my trip and found an extra 400 fee on my credit card I was surprised After calling They informed me that that was the processing fee for two airline tickets I think this is outrageous In addition to purchasing insurance for the tickets they added another 200 fee for another type of insurance that I did not ask for
