Remarkable turnaround in less than a month

So I started the 30 day detox 23rd Jan wobbly start with pretty radical symptoms headache for 3 days body aches back ache Dizzy bad sleep SO TIRED Messaged tummy team and Linda emailed me and reassured me that this was toxins leaving my body I had also come off Lanzoprozole after many years of taking cold turkey hit me I have not taken any antacids since starting although I ve had a couple of doses of bicarb in warm water at the beginning I have lost 12lb so far am eating like a fabulous nutritional guru thanks to your delicious recipes my husband and daughter are both enjoying them too which makes life easier I m sleeping like I ve not slept in years feel about 10 years younger Before I started this journey I felt as though I was on a downward trajectory to old age I m 65 but everything ached and energy levels and gereral mood were so low Now I have energy a zest for life again Ci am also much more chilled and less anxious I m out walking gardening and have a new spring in my step I can t speak highly enough its a game changer so far I ve not had any alcohol gluten or dairy but would like to if I can reintroduced some in time I m off to Barcelona in March and would like to embrace the holiday vibe How should I go about reintroducing these things once my 30 days are over I have purchased more live bacteria and digestive enzymes and also have charcoal capsules yet to use themI would appreciate any advice and thank you all for the concept products service and for a new me
