My daughter is an ambassador for Just Meats I have tries the meat and was impressed by the quality and flavor However they owe her 1500 00 and give her he runaround about how they changed vendors and that they still plan on paying their ambassadors she has yet to see any money They are swindlers and should have a class action lawsuit against them Pay your people JustMeats

A Total Scam and Money Grab It s All Over The Internet

This company is just a quick money grab before going out of business- a complete scam Customers aren t getting what they ordered Ambassadors haven t been paid I saw online that the company s VP head of influencer marketing has been insulting bullying and intimidating influencers who ask about money owed to them for all the hard work they did I m pretty sure the only reason why anyone even knows about Just Meats is because of the big push they did with all the influencers yes the same influencers they are now bullying and refusing to pay The meats are mediocre at best Customer service is an absolute joke It s only a matter of time before this company makes the big announcement that they are going out of business say hello to failed business 3 for these owners- they previously owned QuickFresh and Feastbox which also saw the same fate Stay FAR AWAY from Just Meats You ve been warned

Never Received Product - Company has Declined

I have done roughly 8-9 orders and at the beginning this company was great Recently though things like the website and food quality seems like it s declined The breaking point though was when I placed my last order and never received the order after 2 weeks Multiple attempts to contact customer service resulted in them saying each time that the order will be dropped off to UPS same-day It never happened - I finally demanded a refund Their customer service never explained what happened when asked or did anything to try and make things right I m getting bad vibes like the business is about to shut down or something

Loyal Customer Screwed Over by them Non shipping Non refunding

I was a LOYAL customer and referrer for the last year but DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM something happened to their business and they were hiding it through the late summer and fall to all the subscribers and new customers They charged my card at the end of October for my regular subscription order and NEVER shipped I reached out MULTIPLE times they did respond up until this week with obscure statements about a temporary change of logistics of some sort They kept saying they would ship it and would evade my request for refund in the interim some BS argument they would make about ordering food from a restaurant and paying for it upfront They promised they d refund if it didn t ship by last week and then they sent out a mass email saying they were ceasing operations until January 2025 NO mention of refunding placed orders in the mean time Ponzi scheme they re sitting on all the cash of subscribers They haven t responded in the last week since this email as I ve emailed multiple times asking for a refund - NOPE I had to initiate a chargeback today on my CC - they have LOST my business for life even if they somehow come back in january BUYER BEWARE
