There is not a low enough rating to give this company Though their products are good their lack of customer service and their business practices are deplorable I recently placed an order that I reviewed in my cart prior to doing the payment information When I received the order it was doubled and I was charged double I called their customer service department and was told that they combined two orders from two different carts of mine One was under my billing name and the other was under my casual name Of course I paid with my credit card with my official billing name on it Yet they combined orders charged me double and shipped them The worst part they would not even consider providing me with shipping on their part to return the 2nd order When I asked them to look at this from the consumer s side The customer service rep even agreed In my opinion they should ve just comped me the second order or sent me a label to return it But no They stood hard and fast I have never ever in my life dealt with such a horrible customer service experience Please spread the word they suck I m retired I am making this my new campaign

I ve been using some of Just Nutritive s hair care products for several years for my Ethnic Afro-Caribbean curly hair I m using the Vinegar Rinse Cleanser Hair Loss shampoo and conditioner and the Soften Hair Shampoo I am 62 of Caribbean birth and multi-mix ethnicity with difficult to manage hair especially with several disabilities and medications that are causing me to lose my hair I had decided to try Just Nutritive s Vinegar Rinse first and noticed that my scalp soreness wasn t as bad afterwards As I m on a very fixed income I saved up to try the Soften Hair shampoo and conditioner and was actually very impressed with how clean and soft my hair was afterwords without the straw type dryness my ethnic hair usually gets when using anything touting cleansing My scalp felt soothed no soreness or itching even days later - which ALWAYS happens with the use of other products I also noted less hair loss About six months ago I ran out of the Soften Hair shampoo and used a commercial brand and was absolutely horrified at the clumps of hair that literally came out in my hands as I was shampooing That stuff went in the garbage It s going to take time of course but I m gradually seeing regrowth in places since returning to their Hair Loss shampoo and conditioner I use the Calming Scalp spray when my scalp gets really painful from some of my health issues That however doesn t smell so good but IT WORKS to ease the pain for me From the first ingredient to the last educate yourself everything is in Just Nutritive s items are natural I m from the Caribbean and was born and raised on fresh home grown fruits vegetables eggs meat and chicken that literally came from our family s yards and locals farms I KNOW natural And though I now live in America I try to maintain as clean a diet and natural a lifestyle as possible especially because of my disabilities Products like Just Nutritive as long as they continue to be natural will always be part of my life God Bless all

Love this company Great products as long as they re used within the expiration date Since they re organic they can sour too far past the date due to lack of preservatives This is not a bad thing Organic compounds break down naturally Just Nutritive runs many sales The only downside is their emails can get spammy

Makes your grey look vibrant

I like the shampoo and conditioner for grey hair These products have definitely brought out the best in the colors of my grey hair Not mousey at all Even though my hair can be on the dry side I don t use conditioner because my hair is fine and it weighs it down My old hair needed some moisture so I now add shampoo and conditioner together and I am pleased with the result
