I Definitely recommend this company
The ordering process was easy and delivery was so quick They said it would take 3 weeks and it came in 4 days The colours are beautiful - and go with anything the rug lies nice and flat and is such high quality I couldn t be more pleased and would definitely recommend this company

Customer service took a while
I got a rug which was delivered however Inwanted to return and exchange it I have been emailing them which they dont respond to have given plenty of days I tried the chat icon I have screen shots I have sent messages there twice and waited hours no reply nor any email I tried returning via my own justrug account no return item icon present While the deluvery of rug was fine return is a hassle Still dont know how to reach out Finally they replied said my email went to junk folder and did replace the rug Did take a while but whole issue was sorted out

Very happy with these rugs
Very happy with these rugs I have smooth composite floorboards but these rugs do not slide about Having had these rugs down for more than a month now I m glad to see no fraying or curling up of the edges

Ordered 2 rugs The rugs were top quality Thick rubber non-slip backing Lovely vibrant colours Looks very luxurious Unfortunately I am having to return one of the rugs order a smaller one They are such good quality that it was too heavy for my washing machine Would highly recommend

Quality delivered fast
I have recently purchased two kitchen runners The delivery was fast The runners came folded No creases were showing next day Once I put the runners down they lay flat witching a couple of hours They are not moving They are not lifting when hoovering them I can t be happier with my purchase and Justrug Would buy again and would recommend to friends
