Excellent support in unexpected situation

I used JW removals for my recent move From the initial contact the communication was brilliant Jamie and his team were polite and friendly and they made me feel that nothing was too much trouble They arrived on time and laid protective covers over flooring stairs and doors They loaded my items up well and appeared to take care over them Unfortunately my move didnt go to plan i had major issues at the new property Jamie and his team were so empathetic and really supported me to get my belonging somewhere safe and provided a calming approach to a very stressful situation for me JW removals ensured my belongings where all safely secure at my choice of location and arranged to help redeliver my items as soon as i needed them 2 days later Again a second time around the service and approach to helping me move was incredible Jamie even supported me to assemble some furniture All my belongings were treated well and delivered with no issue I would highly recommend this company and their incredible service

Best in the business absolutely brilliant

We contacted JW Removals for our move from Essex to Cambridgeshire after meeting Jamie just over a year ago when he moved some furniture that we had sold So glad we did Jamie and Terry were fantastic They made our lives so much easier and were brilliant in packing all our things without any damage JW Removals are efficient in going the extra mile as our move was to a townhouse with 3 floors We cannot recommend them enough they are friendly and polite and really made the whole moving experience less stressful Thank you Jamie and Terry

Jamie and his team are great value for money

Jamie and his team were amazing They arrived on time and were quick to get their vans packed When they arrived at my new home they were quick and efficient unloading and putting things in the right places They also dismantled 2 wardrobes and reassembled the 1 that I needed This company is very good value for money and I recommend them 100

Brilliant removal service

Jamie was recommended to me by a friend who had used him for her removal From the first time he came around to assess the house and give a quote it was obvious that he was very experienced and we booked him The quote was very competitive and included boxes On the day of the move he turned up with Will and they soon had the vans packed from floor to ceiling very efficiently We were moving from Essex to Devon and the arrangement was that we would go ahead to the house and Jamie and Will would be there the following morning with our possessions True to his word he was there at 8 30 and the house was unpacked by midday Everything arrived safe and intact Cannot recommend Jamie highly enough for your removal needs
