Product was ordered in 12 22 2023 Recieved in mailbox on 02 09 2024 Shoes were ordered that should have name embossed on it They do not The whole reason I chose to purchase from you ll was for this reason It is also false advertisement to say they are Hey Dude s They are not they are only designed them

I ordered two pair of shoes and have only received one pair I emailed them and they responded by saying they would get me a tracking number on the second pair and it never happened They don t respond to emails and their product is garbage They claimed on the website they were Hey Dudes Not even close Cheap rubber soles terrible stitching I would bet the only good reviews on this site are fake

Zero communication didn t have a clue when it was shipped etc then my package got stolen And mainly because I did not know when it was going to be delivered never will use you again

Beware of product name brand

False advertising that they are selling Hey Dudes however they are not at all Don t fit like them and not made like them Then went you want a refund they don t give refunds You have to go round and round with them and end up with only 40 percent refund This company is a joke for customer service Will NEVER order from them again

This is a scam Beware Just as the other reviews posted here I ordered a pair of shoes They were great sending update emails until the last one that showed they had shipped and a tracking number would follow Never got tracking number and will not respond to any emails

Ordered a size 7 5 womans which

Ordered a size 7 5 womans which according to their chart should have fit They are beautiful shoes and i wanted to exchange them for a larger pair but after the run around with emails I want nothing further to do with them I thought I had ordered the wrong size but after checking my order I had ordered the correct size so I don t know what size I should order and since they were 160 I didn t want to take the chance and get another pair that didn t fit I would have had to buy another pair Very disappointed But they don t seem to care Their shoes run VERY small They don t state that Just to make sure you check their chart for the correct size Most other vendors tell you if the shoe runs true to size
