They opened a click and collect service

They opened a click and collect service today due to covid19 We placed an order 2minutes later got a call that the order is ready a computer desk which we have been trying to by from other companies for 3weeks Few hours later we went to pick it up Staff was very helpful and cleaned even the trolley Moreover the price was reduced by 40 for some reason Thanks a lot Drogheda Jysk for your help

We have just returned from the Drogheda JYSK store and we have to write and thank Des for his exceptional customer service Not only did he help us choose a lovely garden suite of furniture but he then went to huge trouble in order to load everything into our car We will definitely be returning Thanks

Reading some of the reviews on here made me a little skeptical of purchasing from JYSK however I couldn t have been more happy I ordered two wardrobes in the Limerick store to be collected by ourselves to within a few weeks Within ten days we got a call from the store to say the wardrobes were ready for collection The customer service I received from start to finish was exemplary I also ordered more items online and communication from online store has also been fantastic with very quick delivery We just been through worst pandemic in our lifetimes with much disruption to all businesses staff logistics etc Customers need to have bit more patience and understanding Thank you to all the JYSK staff in Limerick to the young lady dishing out the sanitiser at the door the smiling young lady at the till and to the young man who helped load our stuff Into the van Thrilled with the quality and look of our new wardrobes too Will definitely shop with JYSK again Very Happy customer

I can t understand so many negative reviews I have ordered twice online Both times I got excellent garden furniture for a great price Website said delivery would be 7-10 days and that s what it was I would definitely use again

I received the most amazing service today in Waterford JYSK shop from assistant Linda She went above and beyond any service I have ever experienced in any shop I told her she should be sales assistant of the year not just for JYSK but overall Without her enormous efforts to help me I would not have purchased anything She made my day with all her help I hope she is recognised somehow within JYSK for being a brilliant staff member and an excellent asset to the JYSK team Well done Linda and thank you so much for makimg my shopping experience a very positive one keep up your great work
